According to the head of the public administration, Andrei Yermak, to search for young and talented officials, regional leaders will present separate positions of deputies to work with promising young people. Your task will be to create lists of ambitious young people and professionals from the areas “to work for the state.”

“Today, there are several government positions that still remain vacant. Finding a professional person with high moral values ​​who is ready to dedicate himself to working for the state is not so simple,” said Yermak.

According to him, it is traditionally easier for young people in the capital to start developing a career in the country’s central government. At the same time, many young talents remain on the periphery. And therefore, “it is extremely necessary to involve them in state processes.”

At the same time, according to the Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Alexey Chernyshov, the search for a reserve of personnel in the regions began two months ago. The regional leadership provided the first list of nearly 300 potential candidates. But Kiev saw on this list only a few dozen people who meet the requirements of the central government.
