“The Central Election Commission is not authorized to receive operational information on voter turnout in local elections on Election Day,” the message says.

It should be noted that the electoral commissions of the city, city district, village and settlement transmit data on turnout at the end of the vote to the relevant authorities to maintain the State Register of Voters for further transmission of this information to the CEC.

The CEC may publish the final official information on the number of voters who received ballots in the polling stations at the end of the vote only after it has been received by the commission of the authorities for the maintenance of the State Voter Registry and its subsequent processing and generalization.
