VAKS closed the case against the former head of the Zaporozhye Regional State Administration, Konstantin Bryl. He was accused of declaring false information.

In particular, the NABU found that the former governor failed to report income of 43 million hryvnia, real estate and 5 cars.

The case was closed because on October 27, the Constitutional Court canceled the criminal responsibility for inaccurate declaration.

Last week, the KSU declared the criminal penalty for misrepresentation unconstitutional, after which the president introduced a law on the removal of judges. At the same time, the head of the KSU, Alexander Tupitsky, believes that this bill has indications of a constitutional coup.

It also emerged that Verkhovna Rada plans to restore electronic filing with a new law.
