The assistant to the People’s Deputy Oleksandr Yurchenko, Ivan Fischenko, who is involved in the bribery case, posted 1.5 million hryvnia as bail and left the pre-trial detention center. He clarified that Fischenko had paid the bail yesterday.
The court ruled on his arrest on September 15. At the same time, prosecutors demanded that the amount of the bail be set at 5 million hryvnia, but the court appointed only 1.5 million.
Today it became known that the attorney general Irina Venediktova signed Yurchenko’s own suspicion. But it has not yet been delivered. It is unknown where the People’s Deputy is.
