Security agents in the capital of Belarus detain students and journalists. More than two dozen people are already in detention.

In Minsk, on Saturday, October 17, two protest marches will take place: a women’s march and a student youth march, in which the first arrests began, reports the Telegram channel Nexta.

It is noted that the column of protesting women reached the Academy of Sciences and continued on, while dispensing with arrests there.

More than 20 people have already been arrested in the student march.

Among those detained are TUT.BY photojournalist Vadim Zamirovsky, TUT.BY and BelaPAN correspondent Vsevolod Zarubin, Onliner journalist Daria Spevak and RIA Novosti correspondent.
