Investigators studied the videos of witnesses to the terrorist attack in Vienna and concluded that the young man who shot was acting alone. This was announced on Wednesday November 4 by Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer, reports TASS.
According to him, the investigators studied the videos that were provided by the Interior Ministry by witnesses and eyewitnesses to the incident.
“The accumulation of information from the investigation into the theory of a lone criminal is confirmed by the analysis of the video recordings,” the minister said at a press conference in Vienna.
By the way, initially, law enforcement officials believed there could be up to four attackers.
Let’s remember, two days earlier in the center of Vienna there were several armed attacks simultaneously. Unidentified people attacked a synagogue, a restaurant and a Jewish center. As a result, five people died.
It was later learned that the suspect in the terrorist attack in Vienna was arrested.
