The Telegram messenger has a global failure. Users cannot log into their accounts.
This is evidenced by data from the Downdetector portal.
In particular, the accident occurred in Ukraine, Spain, Italy, Belarus, Germany, Great Britain and Russia. Users complain about the inability to connect in the Ukrainian cities of Kiev, Kharkov, Lvov, Donetsk, Odessa, Poltava, Kirovograd. There are also problems logging into accounts in other cities around the world.

“Some of our users, mainly in Europe and the Middle East, are experiencing connectivity issues. We are working to get them back online. Please wait and sorry for the inconvenience,” they wrote.
We will recall, this week in the work of Google services there was a large-scale failure. At first, users couldn’t access YouTube and Gmail, but then the problem spread to other company services.
As RBC-Ukraine wrote, the work of Google services was restored an hour after the failure. The cause of the error was a problem with the servers’ internal memory quota.
