Doctor ukraine national team Artur Glushchenko commented on the ambiguous decision of the doctor of the canton of Lucerne, who did not allow the duel and the behavior of the Swiss team regarding the match of the League of Nations Switzerland – Ukraine.

Unlike our colleagues from Germany, who demonstrated a willingness to solve any problem that arises in the process of organizing a duel with their national team and carried out their work at the highest level, even in the context of compliance with medical protocol, in Switzerland we saw no such desire.

What I mean? After PCR tests identified 5 infected as part of the Ukrainian delegation in Leipzig, the German Football Association carried out a further investigation on match day. To do this, the German colleagues brought their mobile laboratory, at 1:00 p.m. we passed the tests, and at 3:00 p.m. we received the results. They were all negative and the game played out. As for the Swiss, they refused to carry out tests on the day of the game, they categorically named him the night before the game, on November 16.

The team doctor also said that due to the requirements for the national team tryouts, preparation for training had to be interrupted, in addition, he was denied access to the changing rooms and bathroom of the stadium where the training was held.

Instead of doing the mandatory massage before training, which minimizes the risk of injury during the lesson, 10-15 minutes before entering the field, I had to finish it an hour before training so that the players still had time to pass the test and take the bus to the stadium.

In addition, it was forbidden to go to the changing room or the bathroom, and in general to any other stadium area. A strange decision and an even more strange situation in general, which came before the scheduled match of one of the most prestigious international tournaments, which is held under the auspices of UEFA.
