And then there was the third ball conceded. The plea spat at the goal from a distance, and Trubin couldn’t react. The shot was good, but, nevertheless, we must admit that our goalkeeper did not save his team.

Only in the 29th minute, the hosts created a danger at Sommer’s door: Tete was practically without the goalkeeper, only at an angle, but somehow he hit direct. The result is just a corner kick.

The hosts didn’t create more in the first half. But the guests, how they created it. They continued to bend their line, for which Shakhtar turned out to be completely unprepared. Towards the end of the first half of the match, Borussia scored the fourth goal. Well, in this episode, the Pitmen generally fell apart, and Bensebaini just shot Trubin in hand-to-hand combat, using a corner flag throw.

What can you say about the first part played by Shakhtar? Only two things: Castro did not guess either with the composition or with the tactics. But these disturbances did not bring adequate freshness. Borussia, as if nothing had happened, continued playing their game, against which Shakhtar simply had no antidote. But neither the magician nor anyone else had arrived, and Castro had to drink his cup to the bottom. Stindl scored the fifth goal in “style” of the first half, and for some reason it seemed that Borussia would not stop there. Because the Shakhtar has practically stopped.

When Plea scored the sixth goal thanks to the leg of Khocholava, who did not have time to knock the guest forward out of the game, it seemed that Shakhtar could repeat their anti-record in European competitions – 0: 7 from Bayern.

He did not repeat. And thank you for that. Sorry, but there is nothing more to thank the Pitmen regarding this particular match. How much we all admire the Donetsk team after the first two rounds, and how ineptly the Pitmen played in the third round.

It is good that there is a break for the selections. It is necessary at least to forget all this shameful madhouse.
