As of November 17, Ukraine officially confirmed 557 657 cases coronavirus. During the last day, this diagnosis became more 11 968 Ukrainians.
COVID-19 claimed lives 9856 (+159 for dobu) residents of the country, while 250 983 (+6786) they were able to recover. The head of the Ministry of Health, Maxim Stepanov, who works on self-isolation, and the website of the National Security and Defense Council, provided updated data on Facebook.
Most of the new patients with coronavirus infection increased in Kiev – 1143, Dnipropetrovsk region – 808, Odessa – 761, Cherkassk – 755 and Zaporozhye – 734.

The head of the Ministry of Health stressed that among the new patients there are 516 children and 565 health workers. During the last day, another 1,610 COVID-19 patients were hospitalized. The laboratories performed 67,127 tests: 37,770 by PCR and 29,357 by ELISA. While during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 3,979,421 of them were committed.

The Verkhovna Rada Budget Committee agreed to additionally allocate 10 million hryvnia for PCR testing and personal protective equipment for the State Affairs Administration. The latter is in charge of Feofania, where Vladimir Zelensky is being treated for COVID-19.
