Spain saves the tie in injury time against Germany

But as the German player Ginter received medical attention for a long time, the referee threw in one minute. And it was he who brought good luck to the guests. The long siege of the German goal ended with the ball on the right aimed at the center of the penalty area and, after a discount from teammate José Gaia, he found himself right in front of Trapp’s goal, scoring a saving goal for Spain. And although the German players signaled that Gaia was offside, the referee counted the goal and pointed to the center of the field.

As a result, there was a 1: 1 draw. The result, which was quite satisfactory for the Ukrainian team, which beat Switzerland 2: 1 in a parallel match of this group.
