The situation in Nagorno-Karabakh has worsened. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced the destruction of the Armenian division.

The forward command post of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division of the Armenian Armed Forces is reported to have been destroyed. Among those killed was the division’s chief of staff, Colonel Sergei Shakaryan.
The Azerbaijani side also announced bombings from Armenia. Combat operations continued mainly in the Khojavend, Fizuli and Gubadli front areas.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with the Italian television channel RAI-1 that the Azerbaijani army would respond appropriately to the violations of the ceasefire agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh by Armenia.
“Everything will depend on how Armenia behaves. Because the first two cease-fire regimes were violated by Armenia,” he said.
In turn, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia reported that Azerbaijan, using drones, fired on the territory of Armenia near the border with Iran.

In the United States, he announced that the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict had reached an agreement on a ceasefire for humanitarian purposes. However, the parties almost immediately blamed each other for the bombing.
US President Donald Trump said Yerevan and Baku agreed to abide by the upcoming truce in Nagorno-Karabakh.
