The prime minister stressed that together with those responsible for cities and regions, the feasibility of mass celebrations, concerts and the opening of “Christmas trees” was discussed.
“Now there are two possible scenarios. The first is that the number of patients will begin to decrease and, however, it will be decided. But we really do not expect that option. More: the ability to handle the situation: specific or total restrictions. If the threatens the lives of citizens, then a blockade must be introduced and tens of thousands saved, ”said Denis Shmygal.
