Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said that the average salary in Ukraine by 2030 will be almost $ 900 (25,000 hryvnia at the exchange rate – Ed.) and the pension is about $ 300 (8,400 UAH).
Shmygal said this at the presentation of the results of the state’s economic audit on Friday, November 6.
The head of government said that double GDP growth, which is expected over the next 10 years, will allow Ukraine to increase wages and pensions. The land market alone during this period, he said, may bring the country an additional $ 85 billion of GDP. The average cost of land, according to the prime minister’s estimates, will grow five times per hectare.
“Such growth can be, and world experience is a confirmation of this,” Shmygal said.
According to him, with such a forecast, the average salary in Ukraine will increase to $ 890 per month, and the pension to $ 288.
