Ruslan Ryaboshapka accuses Irina Venediktova of intrigue
Former Ukrainian Attorney General Ruslan Ryaboshapka was detained after his resignation, after which he attacked his successor.
Ruslan Ryaboshapka directly accused current Attorney General Office mistress Irina Venediktova of intrigue and lies.
The former Attorney General claims that his “wife on duty” was one of those who “predicted his resignation” and personally told President Vladimir Zelensky that Ryaboshapka was selling criminal proceedings.

“There were those who predicted my resignation. In fact, this is the current attorney general. For that matter, we will be frank: she told my eyes that I was selling criminal proceedings. In my presence,” he said.
According to the former Attorney General, Zelensky was very surprised when Venediktova announced the sale of the Ryaboshapka production, as the conversation was on a different topic.
In support of his words, the former attorney general said he has a witness who was also present at the same time and can confirm the information. However, he declined to name the witness, specifying that it was his colleague, who later called and apologized for Venediktova’s behavior.
“If she tells the president those things, you can imagine what happens without me,” said the former attorney general.
Ryaboshapka thinks that the possible reason for such actions by Venediktova was her ambition to head the Office of the Attorney General, because “she would not have won the competition for the head of the State Security Office if she had been honest and transparent.”
Previously, Strana reported that Ryaboshapka believes he was euthanized for the rating.
