Arachamiya listed the so-called achievements and failures in the work of parliament in 2020.

The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, considers that the achievements of the Verkhovna Rada in 2020 are the opening of the land market, the legalization of the gambling business, the adoption of laws on derivatives and on transport river, as well as the completion of the first stage of the decentralization reform. He spoke about this on Tuesday, December 29 to Interfax-Ukraine.

“If we analyze our own expectations and implementation, then we have fulfilled our program by approximately 70%,” said the deputy.

At the same time, Arahamia mentioned flaws in the work of parliament.

“We did not manage to reform the SBU, we did not manage to create the Economic Security Office instead of the fiscal service, we did not have time to approve the law on the referendum in second reading, we did not have time to make the capital amnesty. there is 95% availability, but due to the coronavirus it had to be postponed, “he said.

The People’s Deputy believes that these issues will begin to be implemented early next year.

“I think in the first quarter we will try to catch up with this. And I hope that even the schedule for next year will be exceeded to catch up with the ‘tail’ of 2020,” added Arahamia.

Earlier, he said that the Rada intends to consider a number of issues previously postponed in the plenary week of January.

Arakhamia also said that the law on the referendum could be passed in February.
