Second round of elections of mayors of Ukraine: list of cities

Ukrainians are going back to polling stations in seven cities. In most of them, incumbent mayors are at the helm.

The second round of local elections is taking place in seven Ukrainian cities on Sunday, November 15, in which mayors will be elected, according to the website of the Central Election Commission.

Candidates in the following cities will compete for the position of mayors:

  • Odessa: Mayor-in-Office Gennady Trukhanov and People’s Deputy of the OLEZh Party Nikolay Skorik

  • Kherson: former mayor Vladimir Saldo and current parliamentarian of the For Maybutn group Igor Kolikhaev

  • Lutsk: advisor to incumbent mayor Igor Polishchuk and self-nominated candidate Bogdan Shiba

  • Sumy: current mayor Alexander Lysenko and president of the district council Vadim Akperov

  • Ukrainian: candidate of the Servant of the People party Oksana Kirilyuk and candidate of European solidarity Oleksandr Turenko

  • Kamyanets-Podolsky: President of the VO Svoboda Mikhail Positko party and director of the We are Kamyanets Vladimir Melnichenko charitable foundation

  • Kramatorsk – the current mayor Andrey Pankov and one of the directors of Energomashspetsstal Alexander Gonarenko.

Previously, Servants of the People declared themselves the winners in local elections: more than 220 presidents of towns, settlements and cities were elected from the party.
