In Russian-occupied Crimea on March 25, several radio stations broadcast “congratulations” to former colleagues on Ukraine Security Service Day in encrypted form.
TSN writes about this with reference to its own sources, specifying that the FSB has already begun to verify this fact. Relevant videos posted online (scroll down the page to see them).
Then one of the announcements sounded like this: “Congratulations to former colleagues from the theater at Ivan Franko in Simferopol on their professional vacation. We do not forget, our memory has no expiration date. From the theater staff in Vladimirskaya.”
“Colleagues from the Vladimirskaya theater greet former colleagues from Ivan Franko’s theater on their professional holidays. We will not forget them, our memory has no expiration date,” reads another “congratulations.”
TSN explains that “theater” means a branch of the SBU. On Ivana-Franko Street in Simferopol, there were employees of the Security Service, and now there is the office of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
The Central Directorate of the Special Service is located on Vladimirskaya Street in Kiev.
Recall that March 25 is the Day of the Security Service of Ukraine, which was established by a decree of President Leonid Kuchma in 2001.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, in June 2020, the SBU coat of arms was placed near the Russian diplomatic missions in Lviv, Kiev and Odessa.
