On August 31, 2020, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy received a letter from the SBU regarding the lifting of Vakulenko’s entry ban into Ukraine.

The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy has excluded from the list of people who pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine, a citizen of the Russian Federation Vasily Vakulenko, known as the rapper Basta. This was announced on Thursday, September 17 by the ministry.

This decision was made at the proposal of the SBU, the Ministry of Culture specified. The procedure is carried out automatically, since the ministry itself does not have the authority to include or exclude it from the sanctions lists.

On August 31, 2020, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy received a letter from the SBU regarding the lifting of Vakulenko’s entry ban into Ukraine.

Recall that the Russian singer Natalya Chistyakova (Glucose) will not be able to enter the territory of Ukraine for another three years due to her illegal visit to the annexed Crimea.

Earlier, Russian TV presenter and film actress Yekaterina Varnava was excluded from the list of people who pose a threat to national security, at the proposal of the Security Service of Ukraine.
