South Korean telecoms operator SK Telecom has unveiled the world’s first 5G Galaxy A Quantum smartphone with an integrated blockchain-based ID authentication service launched by Samsung.

The Galaxy A Quantum priced at 649,000 Korean Won (~ $ 530) uses the SKT IDQ S2Q000 QRNG chipset with a Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG), developed by SK Telecom ID Quantique and Samsung.
