Note that according to the trilateral agreements, the truce in Nagorno-Karabakh after the military campaign in the fall of this year is provided by approximately 2 thousand Russian peacekeepers.

We will recall, earlier, that the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, said that the Azerbaijani army allegedly surrounded the Russian peacekeepers in the Hadrut region.

The Russian Defense Ministry has officially denied the Armenian prime minister’s statement.

Furthermore, on 11 December a truce was violated in the Hadrut region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The fact of the violation was confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry.
