The minister also called Russia’s obstruction of free shipping in the Kerch Strait dangerous.
“Russia’s attempts to suppress communications by means of electronic warfare impede the navigation of planes and ships in the Black Sea. This concern is also shared by other countries in the region, in particular Romania,” Taran said, quoted by the Ministry of Defence.
Recall that the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine did not rule out the possibility of Russia deploying nuclear weapons in Crimea.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the Alliance will strengthen support for Ukraine in the context of Russia’s aggression in the Black Sea.
