The law restores the responsibility for declaring inaccurate information and for not presenting a declaration by the subject of the declaration, which was canceled by decision of the Constitutional Court. Corresponding amendments are being made to the Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the “Prevention of Corruption” Law.

In November of this year, industrial production decreased by 0.3% compared to the same month last year. The apparent contraction of the decline is due to the fact that November 2019 was the first month of the collapse of industrial production, when volumes fell by 7.5%.
