The Venetian solution

The Venice Commission has published urgent conclusions on anti-corruption mechanisms in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

The experts legitimately ask the Ukrainian authorities to respect the court, but admit that the CCU’s decision of October 27 lacks a clear reasoning, does not have a solid foundation in international law “and may have been clouded by a serious error. of procedure: the unresolved problem of the conflict of interests of some judges “.

In the news, the Venice Commission gave its opinion on the CCU on the solutions proposed by the Venice Commission.

New symptom of COVID-19

One of the indicative symptoms of early COVID-19 is eye pain, scientists from the University of England Ruskin found.

In particular, the researchers interviewed patients with confirmed coronavirus and compiled a list of the first symptoms of the disease. Among the 83 survey participants, 90 percent of people reported fatigue, 76 percent – fever, 70 percent – loss of smell and taste, 66 percent – dry cough.

At the same time, 81 percent of people indicated they had eye problems at an early stage of COVID-19. Of these, 18 percent of those surveyed had photophobia or hypersensitivity, 17 percent had itchy eyes, and 16 percent had eye pain. Most of the participants reported having these symptoms for about two weeks.

There can be no Norman reunion

There are no prerequisites for holding a meeting of the leaders of the Normandy format, not only this year, but also next, said the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group Leonid Kravchuk.

In Ukraine, the record of hospitalizations of patients with COVID

Mysterious monoliths are now in Ukraine
