Razumkov fell ill with coronavirus on November 11
The President of Parliament is feeling well and expects a speedy recovery. Keep working from home.
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmitry Razumkov is being treated for coronavirus at home. He announced it on Facebook on Friday, November 13.
“I am still working, despite the coronavirus disease. Now I am at home in self-isolation. I feel almost normal, working remotely. I hope the virus passes quickly and without complications,” he wrote.
Razumkov assured that the people’s deputies will do everything possible to ensure that the parliament effectively fulfills its functions.
“The situation with the spread of COVID-19 is difficult, but I am sure that my colleagues, together with Elena Kondratyuk, will do everything possible to ensure that parliament continues to perform its functions effectively.” – Razumkov added.
As you know, after Razumkov’s illness and the first vice president Ruslan Stefanchuk, only Elena Kondratyuk can preside over the parliament session.
