In the near future, no major changes in the government are expected and there is no reason for the dissolution of parliament.
The president of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, believes that radical changes in the Cabinet of Ministers should not be expected in the near future, and the Verkhovna Rada will finalize it until the end of the convocation. He announced it on the air of NewsOne on Saturday, September 12.
“I don’t think we will see a global turnover in the Cabinet of Ministers in the short term,” he said.
At the same time, he recognized the theoretical possibility of rotations in the economic bloc.
“In theory, this is possible. And it can be initiated even by a parliamentarian, and the hall will determine whether it supports or rejects this proposal,” he added.
Razumkov also believes that the ninth convocation of parliament will run until the end of his term. According to him, today there are no legal grounds for the early termination of the powers of the current convocation of parliament.
Earlier, Razumkov explained why prostitution and marijuana should not be allowed.
He also said that the parliament will pass amendments to the legislation to resolve the conflict with the appointment of the head of NABU.
