For today, the parliament is not considering the issue of creating a separate fund to combat the coronavirus for next year, the Rada president said.
Next year, Ukraine does not plan to create a separate fund to combat COVID-19.
The president of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, said this on the air of the television channel 112 Ukraine.
“As of today, next year, a separate anti-covid fund was not envisaged. Today, discussions continue within the walls of parliament, some factions are talking about this, parliamentarians say that a covid fund should be created additional separate, “said the head of Verkhovna Rada.
According to Razumkov, there are two positions on this issue. On the one hand, it is not so important if this will be the only fund from which the financing will come, or if they will be separate funds in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of the Interior, which will be used to cover costs associated with the fight against coronavirus.
“It is important how it will be calculated correctly, how it will be used,” the speaker said.
We recall, in early November, that the State Audit Service began an audit of the Fund to Fight COVID-19.
