MPs rejected Dubinsky’s bill, which blocked the speaker’s initiative on the NAPK.
The Verkhovna Rada Anti-Corruption Committee recommended to parliament to reject People’s Deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky’s bill on the renewal of the NACC’s powers to control and verify statements, which blocked Dmitry Razumkov’s bill on electronic statements. This was announced on Tuesday, November 10, by the People’s Deputy of Voice Yaroslav Yurchishin on Facebook.
“We have just rejected Dubinsky’s bill No. 4304-1 on the devolution of powers to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption – NAPK, which was canceled by the CCU. The one that was alternative to the speaker’s bill.” , wrote.
The people’s deputy noted that now the Rada can consider Razumkov’s bill.
The committee also proposes to end the initiative of the rapporteur with the application of art. 116 of the Rada Regulations (deadlines for submitting proposals and amendments to the bill, which is being prepared for the second reading), which will allow the rewriting of a series of drafting, in particular, replacing the term “article restoration” “present articles in a new edition”.
Earlier, Razumkov said that all the parliamentary factions-groups had reached a common position on his bill, but after that Dubinsky blocked its consideration by introducing an alternative bill.
Note that in total, around 10 bills were submitted to the Rada to resolve the situation around the Constitutional Court.
