Verkhovna Rada people’s deputies called on the president of the Constitutional Court, Alexander Tupitsky, and nine other judges who voted on October 27 for the decision that canceled some of the anti-corruption rules, to immediately resign as judges of the Constitutional Court.
People’s deputies of the parliamentary factions and groups on November 3 at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada asked the head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tupitsky, and the judges who supported the abolition of some of the anti-corruption rules to resign.
