In Ukraine, quarantine zones have been updated based on the epidemiological situation. The country was divided into two zones: “red” and “orange”.
The corresponding decision was made by the State Commission for Safety and Technogenic and Environmental Emergencies.
“Red zone
This zone includes: Zhytomyr, Uzhgorod, Zaporozhye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Nikolaev, Poltava, Exactly, Sumy, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Kramatorsk, Chernivtsi, Chernigov.
Compared to last week, this area includes the city of Zaporozhye and Kramatorsk. Additionally, 198 administration days were added from 23 regions. 86 days of administration more than in the previous week.
In the Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Khmelnitsky regions, schools, colleges and universities can function. It is also allowed to expand the operation of public transport, shopping centers and shops.
Catering establishments continue to operate in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Poltava, Kharkov, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions.
In the regions of Zhytomyr, Odessa, Lugansk, Poltava, Cherkassk, Chernigov, passengers can board by suburban, interurban, intraregional and interregional transport.
“Orange” zone
This zone includes all other regions.
The work of hostels, tourist centers, etc. is prohibited. (except hotels); entertainment venues, restaurants at night; planned hospital admissions; gyms, fitness centers, except those that receive visitors at the rate of one person per 10 square meters, cultural institutions; acceptance of new changes in children’s camps.
Massive acts with the participation of more than 20 people, the work of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00 hours is prohibited.
“Yellow” zone
However, this area does not include any administrative unit. It is forbidden to visit the social assistance institutions in which the elderly are found, except those that provide “crisis” services; Carrying out massive events with the participation of more than 30 people, the work of the catering establishments from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
“Green area
There is not a single district or city in this area. The last in it were the Gornostaevsky and Skadovsky districts of the Kherson region. There is a mask mode indoors; social distance in public transport. It is forbidden to carry out massive events with the participation of more than 50 people, work in catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00, sporting events with spectators.
Recall that the Ministry of Health proposes to introduce a new indicator for the “red” quarantine zone. It is associated with the number of positive tests for coronavirus.
In addition, the Ministry of Health suggests that the Cabinet of Ministers strengthen the quarantine in Ukraine.
