On Thursday, October 15, the quarantine zones in Ukraine were updated. The decision was made in relation to the epidemiological situation in the regions.
The quarantine zones were updated by the State Commission for Safety and Technogenic and Environmental Emergencies.
“Red zone”
This zone includes: Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lisichansk, Poltava, Ternopil, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Chernigov.
Prohibited: operation of public transport; work of shopping and entertainment centers, cafes and restaurants.
According to updated protocol, the region will enter the “red zone” if the incidence during 14 days exceeds 320 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
“Orange zone”
This zone includes: Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Dnipro, Uzhgorod, Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Rovno, Kherson, Cherkassy.
Prohibits: the work of hostels, tourist centers, etc. (except hotels); entertainment venues, restaurants at night; planned hospitalizations; gyms, fitness centers, except those that receive visitors at the rate of one person per 10 square meters, cultural institutions; – acceptance of new shifts in children’s camps.
In connection with the strengthening of quarantine, it is prohibited: with the participation of more than 20 people, work of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00.
“Yellow zone”
This zone includes: Zaporozhye, Kalush, Brovary.
It prohibits visits to social welfare institutions where there are elderly people, other than those who provide “crisis” services.
In connection with the strengthening of quarantine, it is prohibited: with the participation of more than 30 people, work of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00.
“Green area”
All other regions and cities are included in this zone. It is mandatory to have a mask or respirator while you are indoors; keep the distance during the transport of people in public transport within the number of seats. These restrictions apply in other areas as well.
In connection with the strengthening of quarantine, it is prohibited: with the participation of more than 50 people, work of catering establishments from 22:00 to 7:00 Sports events with spectators (exception: international matches agreed by the Ministry of Health).
RBC-Ukraine wrote that Kiev on the updated quarantine list will remain in the “orange” zone.
Recall that in Ukraine, until October 15, no region is ready to facilitate quarantine.
