The Kiev region has limited visits to educational institutions and the reception of visitors in entertainment establishments in the “red zone”. This was announced in a briefing by the president of the Kiev Regional State Administration, Vasily Volodin.
“In the red zone, visits to educational institutions for recipients of education are limited – exception: preschool educational institutions, special schools, educational and rehabilitation centers; reception of visitors in entertainment establishments, visitors of commercial entities that engage in activities in the field of consumer services for the population – exception: trade in food, fuel, hygiene products, medicines and medical products, veterinary drugs, feed, pesticides, argochemicals, seeds and contraction material ”, he said .
Furthermore, according to him, unlike schools, kindergartens in the “red” zone of the Kiev region continue to function. However, they have certain limitations in their work.
“Preschool educational institutions, which are now in an area of high epidemic danger, must be guided by the decisions of local commissions on TEB and emergency situations. This refers to strict compliance with all sanitary and anti-epidemic regulations There are also restrictions on the number of children. There can be no more than 15 “, – explained Vasily Volodin.
If coronavirus diseases are registered among the workers or children of a certain kindergarten, the institution is temporarily closed.
The “red zone” in the Kiev region includes 5 cities and 1 district, the rest are in the “orange zone”.
