The imposition of sanctions increases the risks of unilateral use of military force. And the world’s players at critical moments must “join forces in dire directions.”

This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Davos forum, which is held online.

During his speech, Putin criticized the use of trade barriers, sanctions and other restrictions in “attempts to blame other countries for internal problems.”

“Such a game without rules critically increases the risks of unilateral use of military force. That is the danger,” he said.

He also clarified that he refers to the use of force under a pretext that is preposterous. In his opinion, this increases the probability of new hot spots.

Let us remind you that Putin previously said that Europe and Russia should be together, as they supposedly have a common culture and, in general, “this is a civilization.”

Note that today the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine agreed on new sanctions against Russian airlines for flights to occupied Crimea. Among other things, the low-cost airline Pobeda will be penalized. It is expected that after the NSDC decision, the Ukrainian side will turn to international partners with a proposal to ban the flights of these airlines.
