The musician and Prima Donna worked together for a long time.
On October 2, it became known about the death of musician, composer and singer Alexander Kalyanov. The artist was 73 years old. Alla Pugacheva on her Instagram page reacted to the incident by posting moving words in memory of the deceased:
Alexander Kalyanov passed away. Close friend and colleague, part of my creative life. Listen to his songs and remember him, “wrote Prima Donna.
Alexander Kalyanov considered Alla Pugacheva as his creative “mother”. It was the Diva who supported the talented musician and convinced her that she needed to perform on stage and not sit behind the scenes as a sound engineer. And in 1988 he made his debut as a singer at Alla Borisovna’s “Christmas Meetings”.
Over the years of his work, Kalyanov released ten albums, collected sold-out houses at home and abroad, gave concerts in the United States and Israel.
