At the same time, the president previously threatened to fire precisely the heads of the RSA
The deputy director of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Svichinsky, was fired for delaying bonuses for 300% of doctors working with COVID-19. This was announced on Facebook by the head of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Maxim Kutsy.
According to Kutsy, the decision to fire Svichinsky was made 4 days ago.
“Last Friday, I decided to fire the deputy Vitaly Svichinsky, who was responsible for the social and medical areas and could not cope with the tasks. The last straw was the delay with the surcharges to ambulance doctors. The official knew it, but he did not take sufficient measures to solve the problem, “wrote the head of the Regional State Administration.
Recall, earlier, President Vladimir Zelensky said that RSA leaders, who do not solve the problem of paying premiums to doctors, will be deprived of their wages or fired.
“In those regions where they will not be paid, the head of the regional state administration will be deprived of wages and possibly positions,” said the head of state.
Health Minister Maxim Stepanov will also insist on the layoffs. According to him, after receiving funds for a surcharge from the state, RSA had a week to resolve this issue.
“I will insist on making the necessary administrative decisions, including staffing. Because I do not understand who gave the right, I am sorry, I only mock our medical workers,” said Stepanov.
Previously, the head of the Ministry of Health noted that the premiums for doctors for working with COVID-19 were only paid in the Poltava region.
