The Premier League reacted quickly to the league cut project proposed by Liverpool and Manchester United. 14 clubs have indicted English Football League (EFL) director Rick Perry.
According to Sky Sports, Perry led “separate negotiations” between Liverpool and Manchester United, which started the reform of the Premier League. In the opinion of most Premier League clubs, an official does not have the moral right to lead the football league.
