Looking at the form of the teams, the quality of the game and many other factors, Atlético does not seem so obvious, but they are still the favorite of the next Madrid derby. But if you look at the betting house odds, you will see a completely different picture. And there is nothing to discuss about this. It’s about Zinedine Zidane’s incredible ability to prepare his team for really important and serious games. The next fight is just one of this series. At the moment, Atlético ahead of Real by six points, with one game less. In order not to be left out of the championship race, the “whites” must beat their neighbors, otherwise the delay will become critical.

The “Mattress”, however, has its own views and plans for this game. Simeone’s team has not lost to anyone in the championship for a long time, and lately they have been looking very solid, and it is not for nothing that many now say that Atlético is the most realistic contender for the championship. Okay, but again, let’s not forget about Zizu’s excellent motivational skills. Colchoneros’ winning streak began after the away derby with Real Madrid in February this year, so it could end after a meeting with the Whites in their field ten and a half months later. On the other hand, that home derby win was the first in seven years in La Liga, so the odds of the guests not losing can and should be taken into account.

Well, as a forecast I will choose the option with the minimum victory for “Real” with the possibility of a tie. Whites, I think, will be able to score at least one goal, but it is unlikely that they will be able to play zero in defense. At the same time, I highly doubt that more than three goals will be scored in the match.
