Poroshenko improved
The former head of state is already better, so he was discharged from the capital hospital.
Ukraine’s fifth President Petro Poroshenko, who fell ill with coronavirus, was released from the hospital on Monday, October 12. This was reported by Poroshenko’s press service on Facebook.
“We inform you that today (October 12 – ed.) Petro Poroshenko was discharged from the hospital, as his health has improved,” the message says.
They also noted that in recent days they received hundreds of calls and letters from both Ukraine and abroad.
We will remember, on September 29, Petro Poroshenko announced that he passed a positive test for coronavirus. One of his daughters also fell ill with him. Later it became known that Poroshenko was hospitalized with pneumonia. And on October 7, his wife said Poroshenko’s condition worsened.
