Police exposed multiple bribery networks to voters
On local election day, the police exposed various voter bribery networks.
On Election Day, October 25, in the Kiev, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev and Kiev regions, the police recorded the acts of bribery of voters. Some voters and organizers were detained. This is reported by the Communications Department of the National Police.
It should be noted that the organizers acted according to the so-called “carousel” scheme. People were taken to other regions where they had to vote for a certain candidate.
The police have carried out arrests, including the suspected organizers.
Earlier it was reported that in Kiev the police established the fact of organized transportation of citizens to polling stations in the Svyatoshinsky district of the capital of the Zhytomyr region.
An electoral college was also reported to be operating illegally in Sosnovka village, Sumy region. He was identified by law enforcement officers during the Internet follow-up.
