Poland to introduce general quarantine

In Poland, from December 28 to January 17, a nationwide quarantine will be in effect due to the COVID-19 epidemic. This was reported by the Polish media on Thursday, December 17.
Polish Health Minister Adam Nedzelski says that in addition to existing restrictions, which remain in force, hotels will be closed, even for business trips. Also, ski slopes and shopping centers will be closed, only grocery stores will work.
In turn, on New Year’s Eve from 9:00 p.m. on December 31 to 6:00 a.m. on January 1, a curfew will be introduced.
Note that there are 11,953 new cases of coronavirus infection in Poland. 431 COVID-19 patients have died.
