According to Radio Poland, the document describes the main threats to the security of Poland and the addresses that represent the main threat to national security.

In this context, the aggression of the Russian Federation and the threat of the new Chinese coronavirus are mentioned.

The strategy includes the need to develop the capacity of the health system and government structures to deal with epidemic threats.

We add that due to the pandemic in Poland, the presidential elections scheduled for May 11 did not take place.

The document was created under the leadership of the Office of National Security and with the participation of the Ministry of National Defense.

The last security strategy was created in 2014, but this document did not take into account threats from the Russian Federation and its imperial policy, as well as events in Crimea and Donbas, as a result of which Ukraine lost part of its territory.

Poland remains one of the main targets of Russian propaganda. In particular, Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly accused Poland of conspiring with Nazi Germany; Warsaw allegedly helped Adolf Hitler start World War II.

Due to the constant threat from the Russian Federation, the United States will deploy its troops at six points in Poland along the border with Belarus.
