50 people were admitted to hospitals

The specialists of the laboratory center took samples of food products, water samples, washes of environmental objects for research.

In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, 124 people went to the doctors as a result of an acute intestinal infection, of which 50 people were hospitalized. This was announced by the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on Friday, September 25.

“According to the Ivano-Frankivsk regional laboratory center, 124 people who suffered as a result of an outbreak of acute intestinal infection (ARI) requested medical help. As of the morning of September 25, 50 people were in hospital treatment,” said the CPH.

It is reported that the laboratory center specialists took samples of food products, water samples, washings of environmental objects for research.

Epidemiological investigations, preventive measures and against the epidemic are being carried out.

The day before it became known about the massive poisoning in the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region. 101 people went to the hospital with crabs. All the victims prior to this ate in Leon’s dining room.

Previously, 10 people were hospitalized for food poisoning in the Pustomyty district of the Lviv region. They held christenings at the Knyazhy Dvor restaurant and hotel complex.
