It does. At the end of today’s presentation, Sony (finally!) Announced the exact prices and release date of the next generation of consoles. Previous leaks have been confirmed, with Sony setting European prices of € 499 and € 399 for the basic PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, respectively. In the first wave of countries (USA, Japan, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea), sales start on November 12, in the rest of the world, including Ukraine, a week later, on November 19. November.

In the United States the prices are the same, only in dollars. Some retailers will begin accepting pre-orders for PS5 starting September 18.

At the price of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, they compete directly with Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, which will be released on November 10, for 299 and 499 euros, respectively.
