On September 12, the city celebrated its next birthday, the neighbors were awaited by a program of shows from fairs, festivals, competitions and even the Championship of Ukraine. Towards the end of the celebration, the residents of the city gathered at the Festival dock, where an air show and a water show took place.

Athletes sailed along the Dnieper in glanders, sailboats, and canoes. All the athletes were dressed in bright red suits. Later, planes appeared in the sky over the embankment. The pilots did not create complex shapes in the sky, but instead flew spectacularly over the water area of the Dnieper. Spectators froze and watched the show, gathered by the water.
