We will recall, on November 6, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a government bill on strengthening the responsibility to stay in public buildings, structures and public transport without protective masks. Provides a fine of 10 to 15 minimum non-taxable income of citizens (170-255 UAH)… They can also be fined for the fact that a mask or respirator does not adequately cover the nose and mouth.

Prohibited:

• the realization of massive cultural, religious and concert events with the participation of more than 20 people;
• reception of visitors by catering establishments, but with the possibility of take away food;
• work of shopping centers and others; entertainment establishments;
• gym and pool work;
• the work of cultural institutions, with the exception of commercial entities that are dedicated to film production;
• work of commercial entities and consumer services.

Permitted:

• the work of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations (non-food areas), veterinary pharmacies;
• work of commercial establishments, 60% of the area occupied by grocery stores;
• the provision of financial services, the activities of financial institutions, the collection and transportation of monetary values;
• the work of postal operators;
• vehicle repair and maintenance activities;
• activities for the maintenance of registrars, liquidation operations, activities for the repair of computers, household items, personal items.

During the past day, coronavirus was found in Ukraine in 10,611 people, 191 deaths were recorded, and 6,802 patients were recovered.

In Odessa (705), Kievskaya (693), Ivano-Frankivsk (589) and transcarpathic (436) regions registered new daily morbidity records.

The dynamics of the spread of the coronavirus does not decrease in Kiev (965), Lviv (684) and Zaporozhye (592) areas.

In total, during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, COVID-19 fell ill with 489 808 people, of which 221 459 recovered, deaths – 8947.
