Polling places: windowsills, homemade booths, benches, tables

Ukrainians in local elections fill out the ballot in violation of the secrecy of the vote. People cast their vote in places that are not legally designated to do so.

In Zhytomyr and the region, voters fill out ballots in polling stations in violation of the secrecy of the vote. In some polling stations, there are no booths and people have to vote on window sills, on benches or in makeshift booths hastily built by members of the electoral commissions, OPORA’s press service reported Sunday, October 25.

So, it is observed that in the voting table No. 181341 of the regional center, instead of a voting booth, voters cast their votes in chairs and benches.

In some polling stations there are no voting booths and voters are forced to vote in structures made of sports equipment.

At polling station No. 181354, voting takes place in full view: at the tables.

In Korosten, Electoral College No. 181276, the ballots are filled behind the curtains on the windowsill.

OPORA previously spoke about the first violations in the elections.

Note that according to the head of the board of directors of the civil network OPORA, Olga Aivazovskaya, the Zelensky survey costs more than $ 100 million.
