In Dnipro, the police detained three members of the criminal group of the criminal authority “Aryan”.
As reported on the website of the Ministry of the Interior, the defendants, threatening to physically harm the 19-year-old financial consultant in the field of information technology, extorted money from him for the smooth running of business.
The perpetrators, exerting moral pressure and threatening the victim with physical violence, seized his money. Without stopping, the men continued to demand funds from him.
On February 10, during the transfer of part of the money, almost $ 5,000, to the extortionists, law enforcement officers detained members of the criminal group. During a special police operation, one of the defendants tried to hide in a car, but was immediately arrested.
The attackers have been identified. It turned out to be residents of the city of Dnepr and Kamenskoye.
That same day, the police carried out 10 searches at the men’s place of residence and cars. During the investigative actions, law enforcement officers seized $ 4,700, almost 4,000 hryvnias, mobile phones, “raw” searches and Toyota Camry, KIA Cerato cars, in which the criminals were moving.
For extortion, they face 3 to 7 years in prison. The issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.

According to preliminary information, the group was led by a criminal authority, previously repeatedly convicted, a resident of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, nicknamed “Aryan”.
