The Constitutional Court of Ukraine on Tuesday November 10 was unable to hold a meeting. It was postponed due to lack of a quorum.

In particular, they postponed the continuation of consideration of the case on the constitutional proposal of 142 popular deputies on the official interpretation of the concept of “decent living conditions” and the continuation of the consideration of the case on the constitutional proposal of 46 popular deputies on the official interpretation of the provisions on land ownership.

In addition, they postponed consideration of the issue of the opening of a constitutional process at the proposal of 47 popular deputies on the matter of special confiscation.

“The examination of the cases was postponed due to lack of a quorum”, – states in the message.

Note that yesterday the Constitutional Court also failed to consider the case on the interpretation of the article on land ownership in the Constitution of Ukraine. The KSU announced the interruption of the meeting.

As a reminder, on November 5, the court announced a break in the consideration of this case. The break was announced due to lack of a quorum.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, the KSU announced its intention to consider land reform. The judicial session on the reform will be held behind closed doors.
