25-year-old Belarusian midfielder Nikita korzun spoke about the transition from Dynamo Kiev to Shakhtar Salihorsk.
– What are the first impressions after the transition? And maybe you can share why you chose us? After all, as we understand it, there were many proposals.
– Finally, my situation was resolved and I am now in the Shakhtar. I chose Soligorsk because they were very persistent here. This attitude bribed me and motivated me to move to Shakhtar Salihorsk.
– We have a crazy competition in the center of the field. Aren’t you afraid of it?
– Competition in a team is always good. Makes any footballer grow and progress in the game. So I look at the competition normally. It’s bad when she’s gone.
– There is always a moment of adaptation in a new team. But do you already know a lot of the guys?
– We come across on soccer fields, in fact, with almost everyone. With Gutor, Begunov, Politevich, Sachivko they played in the same team: Dinamo Minsk. I think there should be no problem with adaptation.
But joining a new team, however, is always exciting. At least for me. In one way or another, these are still new requirements, a new environment. To be honest, I want to go to training as soon as possible; as soon as you step on the grass, the excitement usually subsides.
– In the last two months you have been without practicing. Tell us how you stayed in shape.
– I trained with one of the teams. Therefore, my training process was continuous and I believe that now I am in normal conditions.
– What are your goals for the rest of the season?
– I would like to help the team to win the championship. For me, this is the number one goal for the current season.
