In the Kiev region, the Klavdievskaya factory of Christmas tree decorations made New Year decorations for the Russian army.
The company’s video was posted on Facebook by Sergey Savchenko. The recording shows how one of the factory workers paints Christmas baubles, where the symbols of the Russian army are applied.
Later, the acting chairman of the board, Pavel Gukasov, admitted on a social network that the factory supplies its products to Russia.
“Due to the short seasonality of the business and the fight for the market with Chinese manufacturers for the past six years, the factory has not been able to completely abandon the Russian market. The factory supplied part of the annual production to Russia, the order it was carried out through a CRM system, which allowed optimizing and accelerating the execution of orders with tight deadlines “, the message says.
Gukasov complained that due to the economic crisis and the quarantine, the flow of tours had decreased, raising the question of the factory’s existence.
“Therefore, the development of new projects occupied the main resource of my time and all orders from the Russian side passed directly without my attention. Since the employees were not instructed by me not to take orders of this format, they began to to carry it out without a doubt. And only a conflict situation allowed me to directly take part in the deviation of the production of this order. At the moment when the circulation is liquidated “, – he wrote.
Gukasov promised that in the future all orders will be subjected to censorship and ethical scrutiny.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, a T-shirt with Russian symbols was sold in one of Nikolaev’s stores.
